Over 100 million customers have already chosen The Phone House, The Carphone Warehouse and their joint venture Best Buy Mobile in America. Many more have also visited them looking for the best advice in wireless technology and broadband solutions. They now have over 2.300 stores in 10 countries, making The Carphone Warehouse Group the largest independent telecommunications retailer in the world.
For their Dutch branch they were looking for a way to listen better to their customers and be closer to them. Therefore we have built the Client Advice Panel for The Phone House.
